July was a crazy month! First, my Aunt Ginger came to visit for a week. Then, my parents came to visit for a week. And then, while up at Whispering Pines directing Middle school camp, we found out that my dad had been in a terrible accident. He had been hit by a truck while out on his bike (exactly a week after they left us!). So, I came to Hattiesburg, MS where my dad is still in the ICU, and Brian stayed to direct high school camp by himself the following week. After camp was over this past Saturday, he was able to come out here too. But all this in one little month?! Crazy, like we didn’t really have a July. Oh! Hello! August is here, and we are in Hattiesburg, MS sitting in a hospital waiting room.
